Any copyrights or other proprietary notices on the graphics, in the subtitles or other materials in the website must not be removed. H&R reserves the right to withdraw your authorisation to view, download and use the graphics and other information available on the website at any time.

Should an authorisation be withdrawn any further use of the graphics, information and the website is immediately forbidden and all publications/releases have to be deleted without delay. All copies have to be returned to H&R on request. You agree to immediately stop using the graphics and information when requested by H&R.

Usage: Any use of the graphics belonging to H&R Spezialfedern GmbH & Co KG is subject to these conditions. The graphics, data and information belonging to H&R are subject to any other agreement being concluded, solely for the use of journalists and press employees. The electronic storage of the graphics, their data transfer and any other form of reproduction are only permitted within the usual production processes and for the duration of the legal and intended use.

Modifications to the conditions: H&R reserves the right to amend these terms of conditions without prior notice. These conditions represent the entire agreement between H&R and yourself in connection with the use of this website, data, information and graphics.

Data Protection: Pursuant to the German Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG), the German State Treaty on Media Services (MDStV), the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) as well as other data protection provisions the user is herewith informed that the personal details provided within the context of the registration for the press mailing list will be gathered, stored in a machine readable form, processed and used solely for purposes which the user provided them for and as long as no other permission has been provided for any other use.

H&R is authorized to gather personal data about the user's usage of the service, to process, store and use these where this is necessary to enable the user to use this service. Consequently, when registering for the press mailing list the data provided will be gathered, stored and processed by H&R for operating the service. H&R is furthermore entitled to access this data in order to maintain serviceability. H&R guarantees that this data will be handled confidentially.

On its part, H&R guarantees that according to the context of the TDDSG, MDStV, BDSG as well as other data protection provisions it will only use the user's data – assumed no other permission has been issued – for complying with the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, to protect the data secrecy and to oblige its employees accordingly, as far as this is legally required.

The user may withdraw his permission at any time for the future by cancelling the agreement of use in writing; the data will then be completely deleted at H&R.
